Q: my iphone is frozen with an itunes logo will not allow any touch activity

My iPhone is frozen and will not let me use the touch screen at all. Itunes logo with an usb cord is frozen on the screen

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3

Connect the phone to the computer and iTunes and follow the prompts. You will need to restore the device, and you can restore from a backup. See this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

Press at the same time and hold the lock button (on top) and the home button (round one). Hold for 15-20 seconds. This should reboot the iPhone, depending on the state that it's in.
