Preloaded Keynote and Pages

When I ordered my MacBook Air, I had Pages and Keynote preloaded. I ordered everything as a guest, without signing into iTunes. Both Keynote and Pages are on the computer waiting to be downloaded, but when I try to download them, it says "please sign into to the account you used to purchase these items." Since I wasn't signed into any account, I don't know how to do this. Please help.
