I am running OS 10.4.11 and just purchased a new IPOD zi cant get it to Sync how do I do this

You upgrade the computer's OS to the version specified in the iPod's system requirements if it's possible to do so; G3 Macs can't be upgraded further than 10.4.11, and G4 or G5 Macs past 10.5.8.

Syncing with iTunes on a Mac or PC requires:

• Mac: OS X v10.6.8 or later (requires a Mac with an Intel processor)
• PC: Windows 7; Windows Vista; or Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 3 or later
• iTunes 10.7 or later
