No.

First gen can only to go 3.1.3.

Of course I have a updated iPod now, generation 2 or 3, not sure right now, does this mean soon apple will stop updating them too. Since the new iPod touches are out now ( the one with the new interphase )?

A 2G iPod stops at iOS 4.2.1

A 3G stops at 5.1.1

The 4G and 5G go to the current 6.1.3

Cool, I have a 6.1.3

Lets hope they don't quit updates or Apps for this.
