I'm having a problem with my Iphone I'm thinking to to post it to apple store Italy from Sri Lanka . I'm having a doubt if only to send the phone or send it with the box and accessories .
DOES APPLE NEED THE BOX AND ACCESSORIES FOR A CLAIM?

You will have to hand carry the iPhone to Apple in Italy or other EU
country or send it to friend/relative there to take to Apple. Apple
does not accept international shipments for evaluation or replacement
nor will Apple ship out of the country after replacement.
Shipping and insurance to and from your friend will be your responsibility.

The phone is the only thing they need for a handset that does not work.
