can i access internet on my ipod touch 5g using mobile phone via bluetooth

No. But you can enable Tethering (Mobile Hotspot) on your Mobile Phone. I will be recogzined as a Wi-Fi network.

Yes if yo have an iPhone with the Personal Hotspot data plan.

For other phones you need to set up the phone as a wifi hotspot.
