Pre-purchased a movie

I pre-purchased the movie Mama but it says it can't download. I have tried several different downloading ways but still doesn't work.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.3

Maybe the Movie is not ready for download. Check the expected date next to the price button.

The movie is MaMa and it said it is ready for download. Every time I try it says it cannot be downloaded again. Yet it is no where on my iPad.

Have you looked in the Videos app?
