Log in problem 10.5 AFP share with 10.8 clients

Hi!

Just upgraded som 10.6.8 clients to 10.8.3. Our users has their profile on AFP-share which is a 10.5.8 server.

This i what happens:

1. A user log in on our domain, everything works OK.

2. Log out the user

3. When a new user (or the same) try to login they get the error message that they cant login with the account.

4. When I check to log it say:

671 authorizationhost[136]: ERROR | -[HomeDirMounter mountNetworkHomeWithURL:attributes:dirPath:username:] | PremountHomeDirectoryWithAuthentication( url=afp://xxxxx/Users, homedir=/Network/Servers/xxxxxx/Volumes/Raid HD1/Users/elev2, name=elev2 ) returned 3

The only way to "solve" the problem is to restart the computer.

Do anyone have a idea of what this can be?

I tried a tip to enable "guest access" on the AFP-share but i didnt helped.

We dont want to upgrade the 10.5.8 server beacuse it will be removed in a couple of months and we will implement the mac clients to our Active Directory enviorment. Im a "Windowsguy" so I may ask stupied questions.

Thanks!
