I have gone to settings on iPad and iPhone, photo stream and turned them on. Both my photo stream and shared photo stream is on, but pictures are not showing up from iPhone to iPad.
What am I doing wrong?

Im having the same issue. There isn't even a photo stream album on my ipad. and both are on the same account, both have photo stream turned on. Ive tried all the suggestions. And nothing seems to work.
Try going to iCloud.com to see if the items are there and which device they are from. That should show which device isn't syncing. On the device, go to Settings/iCloud and disable syncing. After a couple of minutes, turn syncing on. You can also try signing out of iCloud and then sign in again.
Both devices would need to be signed into the same iCloud account for this to work. If they are, try taking a new photo on your phone and see if it appears in the my photo stream album on the phone after a few seconds. If not, turn photo stream off, then after a minute, back on and try again. If they are appearing in the my photo stream album on your phone, try turning photo stream off on your iPad, then after a minute, back on. Then take a new photo on your phone and see if it streams to your iPad now.
My iPad photos DO show on iPhone, but my iPhone photos DO NOT show on iPad. I only have one account and both devices have the same name and password, help.
