Can't Download additional components to install Mac OS X? Recovery disk included with Macbook doesn't work either.

Hello Apple community, I am in need of some desperate advice for my situation, I am trying to install Mountain Lion fresh, so I wiped my HDD since I didnt have anything important on it anyways, so I make a bootable USB flash drive containing Mountain Lion and went through the install process until this error hit me: Can't download additonal components to install Mac OS X, so I think, this is bad, I check my HDD and verify it and everything is OK with it, so I use the disc that came with my Macbook Pro (Early 2011, 13" model), I insert the disc to reinstall Snow Leopard, and also get hit with an error alongs the lines of the disc not being able to transfer some files to install Snow Leopard, so right now I'm stuck with a Macbook Pro with no OS and cannot install any OS either so any help would be great. Thank You.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

Then try this:

Install or Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion from Scratch

Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.

Boot to the Recovery HD:

Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.

Erase the hard drive:

1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.

2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the

left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.

3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on

the Security button and set the ZeroData option to one-pass. Click on

the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.

4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.

Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button.

Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible

because it is three times faster than wireless.

If you still have no success try:

Boot the computer using COMMAND-OPTION-R. Release when you see a globe appear in the upper part of the screen. This puts you into Internet Recovery mode. It will take a while until the Recovery HD screen appears. From there it's the same as the above. If you still get nowhere then there's an issue between your ISP and Apple's servers.

Unfortunately, when I did as you suggested and it almost worked, but I get stuck at this screen, it ranges from 2-3-4-5 minutes remaining until finally it shoots out the same message about not downloading the additional components, I tried to go to the online recovery but I see the spinning globe for about a second until it says apple.com/support and an error code which is -6002F, Next I tried using the recovery disc which came with the Macbook, but even that still fives me and error, I have just given all hope for repairing this Macbook.
