I am trying to import from Apple Mail (OSX Lion) to Outlook 2011.
I choose Apple Mail from the Outlook import menu (all items are checked --- accounts, mail, contacts etc) but all I get imported into Outlook is an empty "Mail Import" File.
Your help will be really appreciated. Thank you.

Outlook import is broken. This problem is faced by almost every one who has tried this transfer.
To solve this you can try IMAP account transfer. Or you can the third party tool methods.

Found a third party tool mail exporter pro that worked best for my issue.
You can make this tool in your suggestion list coz i have seen other threads regarding the same issue.
