Is there a way to erase apps that were puchased but then removed in order to remove them from the purchased section so that they are no longer on the phone at all?
If an app has been deleted from the iPhone, the app is no longer installed on the iPhone - not on the iPhone at all. An app cannot be removed from your Apple ID purchase history.
