Logic Pro Bouncing/mastering?

Hello! I've been using Logic Pro for a couple months now and I've come into an issue recently. A song im working on has some pretty deep synths which sound really good at any volume during playback, but when I bounce it this bold square wave-like noise accompanies each synth note (at normal/higher volumes). I tried bouncing the song as m4a, mp3, wav, and others - all the same. With overload protection on, the noise is gone but the song is very quiet. I tried playing around with the attack, release, limiter and chan EQ values of the synth and I thought I got it because the noise was gone, but later I realised the track was very quiet. So, I went into audacity to turn it up but I saw the waveform was full and filling out the entire space. When I amplified it, the weird noise started accompanying the synth I was using.. I'm mostly confused because in Logic the synth has no issues at all at any volume and I really want what I hear in Logic to translate into what I hear when I bounce it (as m4a)...

*Also, i've tried both realtime and offline bouncing. with normalize, overload protection and none

If someone could help me find a way, that would be very much appreciated! Thankyou!
