When I go to the Password and Security part of managing my account, It asks me to answer my security questions but not if I want to change them. I don't know how to go about changing them from there. Can someone help?

So, I forgot the answers to my security questions and I'm trying to change them also. I don't remember what they are and when I tried a bunch of times it locked me out for 8 hours. How do I change the questions if I forgot the answers?
