My library has disappeared apparently after updating to itunes 11.0.2.26.

My library has disappeared apparently after updating to itunes 11.0.2.26. Of 1550 songs, only 57 remain. They show as being purchased and in a cloud. Most of my library is from CD's and youtube. Any idea what happened and what to do? I am not very "techy" so any help is appreciated.
