I reset my sons ipad and now I am trying to download all the previous apps and am having no luck, Help please

You can restore from iTune or iCloud backup if you have backup before the reset.
Having no luck doesn't really tell us much so ....
Are you downloading the apps directly on the iPad?
Are you signed into the ID that was used to purchase them in Settings>ITunes and App Stores?
Are the apps downloading in the "waiting" state?
Are restrictions set that would prevent the apps from downloading in Settings>General>Restrictions>Installing Apps>On.
Do you have content restricted in the settings?...Allowed content?

Sorry I was so general I am not very good at these things obv. I was having trouble redownloading my sons apps after I had to reset his ipad. I think I got it I went to the apps store,-purchased -redownload.
And obviously I guessed wrong anyway! I'm glad that you got it all worked out.
