Q: Activating our Public Site?

We have been approved to open a Public Site about ten days ago, but still have not received the email to "activate" the account. Do you know how long this takes, or should we inquire to see if there is a problem?  Thanks!

    Actually, we did just get our email to activate the site. So that is great! Now I am linking our first course into the Public Site, but it says:

     

    You cannot publish your site until you correct the errors outlined below:

    - Before you can publish the collection, you must add at least 1 item or hide the collection.

     

     

     

    However, I have added the course... I wonder what it means?

    Okay, I did see how to Upload a Collection, by using that plus sign on the "Collection" page, and adding one item at least, which in my case was a simple pdf. So that worked. Great!

     

    But now I am trying to edit my collection so that I can add more materials to it. But I cannot seem to open up that original collection to edit it-- all I can do is to create a New Collection, but I just want to edit the first one. Can someone tell me how to bring up the Collection to edit it?  Thanks!

    If you hover over "Apple Hosted" in the line of your collection (in the right hand part of the line), you will notice, that this is a link. Click on it and you'll be able to edit your collection and add new things to it. ;-)

    BTW: Do not publish your site before you had the launch call with Apple. (Just in case you need to know.)
