iPod Stuck on Disk Mode.

iPod Stuck on Disk Mode.

My iPod was off for a day, and when i tried to turn it back on it has a Check sign on the screen. The top says "Disk Mode" and the Bottom reads "OK to disconect". It has never done this and i can't find anything to help me fix it. Any suggestions?

sony vaio pc, Windows XP

Try Resetting your iPod. Hold down the MENU and SELECT (centre) buttons for five or ten seconds until you see the Apple logo appear.

Thank You soooo much for enlightening me on how to fix the problem with my iPod Nano. I knew to hold down either the Enter or the Select buttons, but it wasn't working. I just didn't know to hold them both down at the same time. I guess thats a duh on my part. Anyway, thanks for the insight.

Powerbook G4 Mac OS X (10.4.6) I also own an iPod Nano. : ) YAY!
