how do i get my emails from karoo

I don't know who/what Karoo is, but do you have an email address with them?

If so, create an email account for it in Mail:

Mail>Mail Preferences>Accounts tab and click on the + sign to add a new account. You'll need to input your email address/password and Mail will try to auto-configure. If it can find the correct smtp/pop/imap info you'll be prompted to set up the account manually, so you may want to have that information to hand.
