Xcode is getting freezed

Xcode is getting freezed when I try open one particular project or while creating a new project

I just uninstalled Xcode and reinstalled it, started a new project, but its still freezing.

Same problem with TextEdit.

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
