iPhone 4S is frozen on "Not Enough Storage" message...

My iPhone 4S is stuck on the "Not Enough Storage" message. It won't let me do anything, and I can't power down becuase my sleep/lock button is stuck. I do have assistive touch, and when I go to Device, and hold down the "lock screen" key, the power down screen comes up, but becuase of the "Not Enough storage" message frozen on my screen, I can't slide to power off. What can I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

sorry, didn't see that.

backup the device and restore it

In that case, use: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137

If you get specific error messages/codes in iTunes when updating/restoring, check this: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3694 for causes and solutions

If you're not able to restore the device, you should use: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

Using that last article will erase everything on the device, so make sure you have a backup!

Good luck 🙂
