will i get a replacement if my Bluetooth not working and wi-fi signal is disconcerting and unstable?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If this does not resolve the issue, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement. Only Apple can state what they will or will not do and Apple does not read or respond here.
The thing is that this was happening from the start, the first day I got it saw this instability and Bluetooth malfunction so would resetting my phone would do any difference ?
It might, the only way to know would be to try it.
My experience with these problems has always been negative; it's more than likely a hardware problem. But, you should use diesel's advice for troubleshooting before deciding you need a replacement.
Ok I'll try what you suggested, and after restore would you suggest to update to lates version ? Because there is a lot of bad comments about latest updade :/
There will always be bad comments about EVERY version of an Operating System or piece of software.
FYI, 6.1.3 is the current version of iOS so you are already running the latest.
Ok I tried to reset to backup nothing changed, then I did factory reset nothing again. My wifi is just wrong it's so unstable I can't play like online poker or go to this forum without an disconet from wifi ?! What the **** ??? And Bluetooth is still dead . So my question is what would happen if I would bring this kind of phone to apple store ?? Would they change it or just fix it somehow ? I am asking this because I live in Edinburgh (Scotland ) and the nearest apple store is is Glasgow in other town ( 1 hour bus ride) I wouldn't want to waste my time if they would say something stupid and unusefull :/ help me please !!
Apple does not repair devices, they replace them.
So what you think is this a good reason for replacement ? Because I don't want to go to other town pay money and get nothing if they would say we can't do anything for you
Apple will replace the device if there is a hardware fault or software fault that cannot be rectified by reinstalling the OS. Whether this is covered under warranty or will cost is ultimately up to Apple.
They will not touch the device if it has been jailbroken or hacked.
Again, only Apple can say definitively what they will do.
If you do not want to make the drive, contact them via phone and arrange a replacement by mail.
You should update to 6.1.3. If your issue still remains, visit Apple, and they'll confirm you're on the latest iOS (otherwise they'll just tell you to update/update for you). They may just try to reinstall 6.1.3, and if they see your problem is still there, a genius will replace your phone at no charge (if under warranty).
If you're on the fence about a visit; go anyway, especially if you're confident you'll get a replacement.
