Why does my safari icon in have a question mark over it when I double click to open it?

The question mark indicates that the Mac cannot find the application that is being launched.

This can happen when apps are accidentally deleted, or key files have been changed.

Have you still got Safari in your applications folder?

It sounds to me like a reinstall is the likely solution in this case.

I have the same problem...I don't know how to reinstall safari tho...
