I cannot charge my iPad 4 with the Lighting Cable using my PC.

Hey Guys!

Yesterday, my father came back from China, and he brought with him a new iPad 4. It works fantastic! the apps are great, the sounds is awesome and the screen is stuning.

But there's one problem, the Wall charger doesnt fit Israel Wall Connections, so I have to charge my iPad from my PC until I get new charger.

I can sync apps and music without any problems, but the iPad doesn't charge, at all.

What should I do? does the Lighting cable supposed to be like this?

iPad, iOS 6.1

USB ports on computers usually don't offer enough power to charge an iPad as it requires much more power than your typical iPhone or iPod.

Even if its showing the Not Charging label over the battery, it may still charge only very very slowly and only when its in sleep mode.

Your best bet is to get an adapter quickly so you can plug it into the wall rather than your computer.
