Q: Fours scheduled Apple Support calls - not one out of four received
In the last 24 hours I have requested a call from Apple Support. The first did not happen, nor did the 2nd, 3rd or 4th. I asked them on 'Chat' at which point they disconnected me.
they sent two emails regarding two of the four scheduled calls to say they 'Tried' to call.... whilst the phone was sitting next to me ... but no message/text. Just an email.
It appears that I have to keep re-scheduling the call times, sit and wait and waste my paid working hours, whilst Apple Support staff either lie about 'trying' to call or they don't even bother to say they tried to call.
You either do something or you don't - you can't 'try' to call as long as there is a missed call AND message facility on your handset.
It appears to me Apple staff are salaried to do their 'JOBS' badly whilst we sit and wait .... and wait.... and wait
