Reminder not Updating

Hi :

I am using Apple Reminder on my iPhone 5 and Mac Air with OSX 10.8.

I usually update my reminders with note and due date on iPhone 5 as it is convenient and rarely use my Mac Air, but when I open my Mac Air the reminder nitification starts popping up wherein I either choose to close or snooze. Irrspective of what I o on Mac Air my iPhone reminder rolls back and the updating and notes are lost.

I have set my setting to All and unabe o figure out.
