Flash drive is partition on Mac but not on PC

I have a flash drive that has a parition on it (came with it). It shows 2 drive prots, one says "UNTITLED" and has 3.72GB and the other is called "NO NAME" and it has 200 MB. I cant unparition it with Disk utlilties, because it comes as two seperate drives and only shows an option to parition it. When I put it on a PC it only reads the smaller part of the partition(No Name).

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I fixed it. First I tried by going into Disk Management on PC, but the options were all greyed out for the bigger part of the parition (UNTITLED). So I learned that if I going into the Command prompt on PC. That worked. That got me thinking is there a way I format drives on MAC throught the terminal? And is there a way to un partition a drive on mac through that method (or any method really)?
