outgoing call log

I need to produce evidence to my Network provider that I dialled a certain number nearly 3 weeks ago. This wasn't going to be a problem becuase I had kept the call activity in my 'Recents' and knew I could produce the date and duration of those two calls. I went to access this data this evening and inadvertently clicked on the actual number rather than the > icon to the right of the number and so, rather than calling up my Outgoing Call history for that number from 3 weeks ago, I dialled the number again! To my horror, now only the most recent call shows in the Outgoing Call hsitory associated with that number. Is there anyway (or any software/app) that will allow me to rerieve from the iPhone 5's memory the evidence/detail of those two calls that I made to the number 3 weeks ago? I haven't backed up the phone in the 3 weeks since making those calls. :O(

If it still exists on your phone, you need to turn your phone off now & stop using it, as once deleted, the data gets overwritten, as you use your phone, making any type of recovery difficult or impossible. I'm not aware of any "consumer" software that really works...almost all I've looked at is nothing but a rip-off. Recovering data like this is expensive. Ask these folks:

Without getting into that, I'd just like to know if there is any way I can retrieve that data from my phones history. After all, it was there, logged until I inadvertently called the number again this evening so that information (one would think) is still held somewhere in the phones memory... I just want to know if I can get in and extract it. Thanks.

Thanks wjosten but that's not quite what I am asking. When you have a number in my 'Recents' you can do one of two things. You can touch the number and the iphone calls it OR you can touch the '>' icon to the right of the number and an 'Info' screen appears that lists, amongst other things, the recent 'Outgoing Calls' to that particualr number (includes date of call and duration of call). Up until this evening I had the detail of two calls made to a number in this 'Info' screen but I inadvetently touched the number rather than the '>' icon and so my phone dialled the number again, erasing from the 'Info' screen the detail of the two previous calls I had made to that number some 3 weeks ago.

My question is this - is there any direct method or indirect method (i.e. via an App or software) that I can rerieve the call info relating to those two calls that were made 3 weeks ago, the detail of which was held on the 'Info' screen until this evening and was only erased because I called the number again.

If your carrier is VZW and probably others you can call them! But beware. I was just on the phone with VZW for an hour after spending an hour trying all the app directions and forum suggestions. The problem is still not resolved. I was looking for a date and time a 911 call was made. It was in my phone history a day or two ago but iPhone 6s only stores 100 calls. When I finally got some on the phone at VZW, he found my entire call histor. Fine right? NO! First of all of calls where in mountain time. I need the PSDT time. And they do not show the call in the master record. Now at least they are going to write 911 and get a report mailed to me. We will see. All of this may not apply but calling the company. I just wanted to vent and call VZW to task. I will be posting this elsewhere.
