Leopard 10.5.8 is as far as any PPC Mac can go. All later versions of OS X run on Intel Macs only.

Apple no longer sells Leopard so you will have to find a retail install disk on Amazon. Expect the price to be around $200.

2. Nowhere; you need to buy it on a retail DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay. Apple still might have copies in stock if you phone them.
