Unable to install apps via app store as getting the error - Apple ID not yet used in the itunes store.

Hi all,

I have new ipad 2, just got it out of box and tring to install few free apps but in facing several probles,

Problems are as follows...

1) I created new apple id and tried to install free apps but app store is telling to verify my id and during the verification it is asking me my cradit card and dabit card info, i been through the forum and seen lots of posts where peoples telling that there is NONE option available at this stage but im not seeing it, 😢 im starting to wonder that am i doing it the wrong way???

2) Anyways i gave my cradit card info and now when im verifing the details its again its showing the error that the payment method is declined. ***...? 😕

im not even purchesing the app yet and its declining the payment method. 😠

Im not sure why im getting these errors can anyone please help me out of this i will be the happiest person on the earth if this issue gets resolved.
