How can I change my access pin code??

How an i change my access pin code, for when the phone is turning on?!?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3

If you forgot it:

Locked Out, Forgot Lock or Restrictions Passcode, or Need to Restore Your Device

YOur carrier should have that pin code, contact them.

Sorry I miss read

Go to settings - general - passcode lock.

I havnt forgotten my access pin, I just want to change it to a more memorable one...any ideas?!?

settings - general - passcode - enter the passcode and then you can make the changes.

Are you not seeing my post, I suggested twice what you needed to do. Last time

settings - general - passcode - enter it - then you can change it.

It's not my passcode that I want to change, it's my access pin; when the phone is powered on. Can you help me now?!?

What access pin? How did you get the pin before?

Sounds like a carrier pin contact your cell provider.

Thank you!! There are different phone systems out there, this is why it can get confusing, but this is perfect. Thank you. I have a SIM card in my phone!
