Freecom DVB-T USB stick

Hi,
I've ordered a 2Ghz Macbook recently. I was wondering if it will be possible to use the Freecom DVB-T USB stick? I know it can use BDA drivers on XP which is pretty generic, but will it work with OS X? And what software will I need to watch TV on a Macbook?

No it won't work with OS X as there are no drivers for it for OS X.

Having done some Google hunting, I found this website:

On the page is a list of FAQs. The FAQ 3 from the bottom says it does work, so long as you use Eyetv. Is the poster talking rubbish?

Lol I don't want to lose hope just yet.

It may work with the eyeTV software, but it is not in the list of supported hardware in the eyeTV setup assistant, so I am not so sure.

You can download eyeTV and try and see if it recognises it, however you won't be able to use the software unless you have purchased a registration number, the setup asks you to identify your hardware before you enter the registration number.

Just to confirm... it DOES work. With EyeTV, just select Miglia TVMini. It makes me suspect that any DVB-T USB receiver that works with BDA drivers will work just fine.
