When I am listening to a radio station via iTunes, after a while, iTunes drifts down to the next station in the list. Why does this happen? How can I prevent it?

As far as I have been able to determine, this is a result of poor network conditions.
The only workaround I can suggest is to create a playlist consisting of only that radio station. That will not prevent it from streaming when network conditions deteriorate, but at least it won't go to the next entry in the list and you can just press the space bar to get it to resume playing.
