Clash of Clans & Gamecenter. HELP ASAP.

I restored my iPod Touch 4G to a previous back-up, and when i tried logging into Gamecenter... it loads forever on whichever bottem tab I choose. When i play Clash of Clans, I start out as a default village and then the Gamecenter Log-In pops up, but when i enter my correct Information, it loads forever too! Please Answer ASAP, I can't do much without Gamecenter (game acccounts saved to gamecenter)!

Question is, How do I fix this?!?! I've Tried restarting iPod, Restoring to a previous Back-Up, and Erasing all the settings.
