Photostream on multiple devices

That happens when you share the same iCloud account. The only solution is to either not use photo stream, or get a separate iCloud account of your own.

Well the iCloud account and the Apple ID are not the same as mine

Sign out of iCloud in the System/iCloud preference pane. Reboot and sign back in with your iCloud ID and password. If you're still getting the other person's photos then make sure they are not signed in to your ID and password.

Unless you are subscribed to the same shared stream, the only way you would be getting someone else's photo stream photos would be if your were signed into the same iCloud account on your devices in Settings>iCloud. Check the ID shown in Settings>iCloud>Account on your iOS devices and in System Preferences>iCloud.

I'm not subscribing to any shared stream in fact I'm disabling this feature on my devices. And I Checked my iCloud account in all of my devices thats why I'm wondering how I get someone's else photo stream

I assumed you knew the other person since you said you were having the same problem as the OP. If you do, you need to check the ID they are signed into as well to see if it's the same as yours.

Well I really don't know the person who is sharing the same problem as mine it's just a coincidence

If you continue to get a stranger's photo stream photos after following Old Toad's instructions, you should change your iCloud password as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password as they must have access to your account.

maybe this information will help you to solve my problem this ipad is my father's I connected to my MacBook to get his pictures on my external hard drive the iTunes asked me if I set as new ipad or backup and I chose set as new Ipad and it started syncing I tried to stop the syncing i imported the pictires to my hard drive but the icloud are still uploading

I'm not sure what to make of that. Try Old Toads recommendation: go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign out, choose Delete at all of the prompts (your data will still be in iCloud), restart your Mac, then go back and sign back in (your data will download back to your Mac).

I'll try it and I hope it works out
