Canon Printer iP1880

Canon Printer iP1880 is set up and connected to the Time Capsule USB. When I try to print a document, it says the printer is OFFLINE... ! Any help please?

Note: connected directly to my mac air USB port, it has no issue in printing.

A printer directly connected to your MacBook Air's USB port and the same printer connected to a Time Capsule's USB port are different printers, as far as your MacBook is concerned. If you attempt to print to the the printer that was connected to your MBA's USB port, and it is not connected to that port, then it is "offline".

Leave the printer connected to your Time Capsule, then go to System Preferences > Print & Scan, and add it. When you want to print to that printer, select that printer, and not the one that was directly connected.
