time machine is not responding
help...entered into Time Machine but cannot get out...nothing repsonds
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
Press the escape (esc) key. If that doesn't work, press and hold the power button until the machine shuts down, then press again briefly to restart.
