When I tried to restore my new iPhone all I got was my contacts, all of my images and voice memos are gone. I was backing up via wi-fi at home to the iCloud. How can I retrieve the images and voice memos?
The voice memos, in particular, are important as they contain several conversations I had with my, now decieced, grandmother. I was under the mistaken impression that everything was being backed up nightly when I was connected to wi-fi at home and plugged in to a charger.
