How to send CTRL-ALT-DEL to a remote PC to reset the password?

Using a 13" Macbook pro, I need to send CTRL-ALT-DEL to a PC. I've seen lots of advice on this and none of it applies. I don't need to force an application to quit. I'm trying to reset the password in Windows 7 on the remote computer, using the keyboard on the mac.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

Okay - got it - I finally found the Fn key (lower left), and Fn-Control-Option-Delete worked.
