how do i either bypass the lock screen with the 4-digit passcode and be able to use the apps also or how can i disable or change the passcode so i can get into the phone and not erase any of my stored info? i have an iphone 4 sprint but its service is disconnected please please please help

Here's your answer:
Passcode has nothing to do with phone service.
If it's your phone, you should know your passcode.
If you forgot it, you have to wipe the phone and restore it as new.

Jonathan burger: yes it is my phone but if u must know i forgot my passcode cuz i was locked up for a lil bit & thats how come i dont remember it thats exactly y i dont want to lose all my stuff on the phone. Either way u were absolutely no freaking help so thanks for nothing but irritating me & reminding me just how slow & closeminded people can b especially when they think they know everything & obviously they dont know nething.
Sorry, but if you can't remember the passcode, the only way to remove it is to force the phone into recovery mode and restore it. All current data on the phone will be erased.
