I'm connecting my apple camera connector kit and it is not supporting the connector.

Has it worked before, or is this the first time you have tried this kit with this iPad?

I have the same issue. I bought a camera connection kit and its only worked once on my iPad which was pure luck, yet works every time on a friends. I've just reinstalled my iPad and its still not working. Feel like I've just wasted £25.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

If that doesn't help Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

I've just called Apple support and they didn't even know what the connection kit was. Think its time to give up I've survived without it so far!!

I use theCamera Connection kit all the time. If yours is not working there is something wrongs with it or your iPad. Have them examined by a technician. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.
