Magic Mouse double click speed?

Hi all

I'm just looking for the double click speed options for my new magic mouse.

I can't find them under System Prefs > Mouse or TrackPad

I can't spot them under System Prefs > View > Universal Access > Mouse & TrackPad as Universal Access is no longer in the View menu as far as I can see.

Using a iMac with 10.8.3

Apologies if this is in the wrong place or has already been discussed, I've had a search and found nothing so far, only older answers for different earlier OS versions.
