Is there any way I can add subtitles (for translation purposes) to my video?

I have someone who is speaking Spanish in part and would prefer to leave the voice of the speaker rather than dub him. I also have someone speaking Mayan Kaq'chiqel and it's beautiful to hear.

I've not found anything in titles that I recognise as adaptable.

Any thoughts most welcome.
