Profile Manager API or SDK?

Hi All,

I have a os x 10.8 server with profile manager and a new windows 2008 server

is there a way to access and assign commands to mac server through windows server?

the scenario is:

1. iOS devices enroll to mac server

2. windows server come to access the database

3. windows server assign commands and ask mac server to sent it

I didn't find any solution, is that possible to implement?
