My system is now in a different language other than my native US english... How do I repair?

My system is now in a different language other than my native US english... How do I repair? I have gone into language and hanged all to only us english but it still has the base of the operating system in indonesian which is very frustrating. How can I figure out what I did during recent downloads and experimental configuring or more likely, can someone give me direction on how to simnply reset the system to its default US language. -Thanks for the help!
