"__________'s iphone" is now using your number for imessaging.


does this mean they have access to all my accounts/messages?

this is my ex and its kind of scary..

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Anyone you share an Apple ID with can see your iMessages. There is no way to prevent this except to keep your Apple ID to yourself. Note, however, that you do not have to use the same Apple ID for iCloud, iMessage, Facetime and the App & iTunes stores. So the easy solution is to go to Settings/Messages, log out, then create a separate, new Apple ID just for messaging.
