My Logitech K750 numeric keypad stopped working after last update-numbers only

I experienced the same problem, but only in a Parallels virtual machine running Windows 7. The keypad worked fine on the Mac side, but somehow turned into cursor keys on the Windows side. We figured out that fn+clear acts as the Num Lock key, and now the keypad can be turned on or off at will.

Note: fn+clear does not act as Num Lock on the Mac side.

Mouse & Trackpad

Deselect "Enable Mouse Keys"

Under the "Options" button, deselect "Press the Option key five times to toggle Mouse Keys". I suspect this is how my problem might have started. Although I don't remember pressing the Option key 5 times, I might have. Deselecting this box is optional, but should prevent the number pad from being disabled again.

Thank you. My K750 number pad stopped working on my iMac. The keyboard and number pad 'do' work on a different Mac, so I suspect it is some setting on the iMac. I did a Safe Mode start, reset the SMC, and repaired the disk permissions. The dongle was plugged into an USB Hub. It is now plugged into the iMac USB port. The keyboard has a 90% charge, but still does not work. Then suddenly it started working again, but stopped after about one month.

I found your "Accessibility>Mouse and Trackpad" suggestion and deselected "Enable Mouse Keys". My number pad works again.

IT WAS the "mouse keys" setting in >Accessibility>Mouse and Trackpad.
