iPad Mini did not appear as drive device

My iPad mini did not appear as a drive device in my laptop after I had plug in but my iTunes did appeared. Anyone knows how to do a setting?

iPad, iOS 6.1.3

Your iPad will not show as a drive device but as a camera.

You cannot treat it as a drive in the first place.

Does your iPad actually have any photos in the Camera Roll?

Did you enable your Menu and Sidebar?

Ctrl+S to view Sidebar

Ctrl+B to view Menu Bar
