Courcoul,

I does follow the step mentioned, but problem did not fixed. Current installed java is 7 update 21. But when I run the test I am getting "inactive plug-in". Even after checking the configuration listed at bottom of the test page, the problem still exist. Could there anything I need to do?

How do I test whether Java is working on my computer?

If you cannot see your machine info listed above, please check these additional configurations:

» Enable Java through your Web browser
» Clear Oracle Java Cache on Mac OS X
» Restore Java 6 after uninstalling Java on Mac OS X
» System Requirements

If you are unable to perform any of the steps above due to an error, please reinstall Java. Download and installation instructions
