Q: When I send an email in Mail on my MacBook Pro it doesn't show in sent messages?
Not every time but enough times to make me want to resolve it by what ever means possible when I send an email in Mail on my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.8.3 it shows as sending in the activity box at the bottom left and makes the swoosh noise to say it's gone but then doesn't show up in my sent messages folder. It's annoying because then I am unsure of whetehr it has actually gone and have to recompose the email and send it again just to make sure. I was hoping someone may be able to shed a little light as to why it is doing this? Thanks in anticipation.
MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X Mountain Lion

There seems to be a few bugs with iCloud Mail at times, so send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
Apple support article, but I don't think it really addresses your problem.
